Terms and Conditions

The Primal Pantry Tribe Card Rewards Program is operated by Franchise Fusion Holdings Pty Ltd and its affiliates (we, us or our). By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How do I join the Rewards Program?

  1. To join the Primal Pantry Tribe Card Rewards Program, you must first collect a Tribe Card from any Primal Pantry store.
  2. Register your Tribe Card by scanning the QR code at any Primal Pantry store and enter the required Tribe Member fields to earn points on eligible purchases immediately.

How do I earn points?

  1. By presenting your Loyalty Card at the time of purchase, you will earn points each time you purchase any item at a Primal Pantry store.
  2. You earn one (1) Tribe Point for every one dollar ($1) spent.
 

How do I redeem points?

  1. Before you can redeem points, you must first register your Tribe Card – see term 2 above.
  2. You must present your Tribe Card in order to redeem your points.
  3. You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash (including as part payment for any purchases at a Primal Pantry store). You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.

What if I lose my Tribe Card?

  1. If your Tribe Card is lost or stolen, you must suspend the card by notifying us by email to info@primalpantry.com.au.
  2. You can ask for a replacement Tribe Card at a Primal Pantry store. You must register your replacement Tribe Card - see term 2 above. Once you have done so, you must contact us by email to info@primalpantry.com.au and request that your points balance be transferred to your replacement Tribe Card.

What else do I need to know?

  1. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if you don't use your Tribe Card to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website at www.primalpantry.com.au.
  3. We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time at our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
  4. We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to any item and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at www.primalpantry.com.au. Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  5. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Rewards Program in Australia and are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
