Cauliflower Fried Rice

Our secret is now revealed. Cauliflower fried rice is great to eat on it’s own, or is perfect to use as a side for a main meal of proteins.


  • 3 Slices of bacon
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 Swiss brown mushrooms sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 knob ginger – grated on micro plane
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil


  1. Slice bacon into strips and fry until crisp. Remove, drain and set aside
  2. Whisk eggs and cook in frypan as thin egg omelette . Slice into strips and set aside
  3. Place cauliflower into food processor and pulse until resembles rice
  4. In the frypan, melt coconut oil and fry onion until translucent
  5. Add mushrooms, ginger and cauliflower
  6. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked
  7. Stir in coconut aminos, sesame oil and fish sauce
  8. Present in bowl with sliced egg, bacon crisps, sliced green shallot and coriander leaves
